A-Plant has announced it is an approved Buying Solutions supplier, having been successfully awarded a Buying Solutions Framework Agreement for the provision of Plant Hire Equipment, PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) and Training Services to the public sector.
Buying Solutions is the national procurement partner for UK public services. Its primary role is to maximise the value for money obtained by Government departments and other public bodies through the procurement and supply of goods and services. Following a rigorous evaluation and selection process, the Framework Agreement (RM632: Building Materials & Associated Managed Services, Lots 5 and 6) was awarded to A-Plant for the supply of a full range of equipment including Excavators, Forklift Trucks, Dumpers, Rollers, Access Equipment, Traffic Control Products, Power Generation Equipment and Accommodation Units, as well as PPE and Training Services. Under the new agreement, all public sector bodies will have access to a wide range of A-Plant products and services, being assured of the quality of A-Plant’s operation.

The Framework Agreement furthers A-Plant’s partnership with the UK public sector, which continues to be a key part of A-Plant’s business. A-Plant offers both IPAF (International Powered Access Federation) and PASMA (Prefabricated Access Suppliers’ and Manufacturers’ Association) accredited Training and is also an Accredited Training Provider by NPORS.
