Trelawny To Launch a New Grinder Range at the Executive Hire Show

Trelawny launch a new range of the latest floor grinding machines.

Following their successful debut last year, Trelawny SPT Limited, the leading Midlands based manufacturer of pneumatic tools and surface preparation equipment, will be launching a new range of the latest floor grinding machines and diamond systems at the forthcoming 2008 Executive Hire Show.

This new line of equipment is in response to customer demand and is set to become a major component of their continued expansion.

Over the past years, Trelawny have become increasingly successful with their range of scarifiers, floor scabblers and dual disc grinders, supporting the general rental industry and the universal flooring markets. Their recent research has uncovered a requirement from specialist contractors looking for more sophisticated grinding and polishing techniques, hence the introduction of these new lines of equipment.

Working closely with dedicated design and technical teams, Trelawny engineers have identified a market for a range of machines from a 650mm grinding width down to a 180mm diameter edge grinding machine, each made available with a selection of diamond tools for finishing the most demanding of floor surfaces.

Examples of these exciting new products will be displayed on their stand C10 and Trelawny experts will be on hand to explain all the features and benefits for rental firms and their clients. Trelawny are particularly keen to speak to firms wishing to enter the market of floor preparation.

From concrete keying on construction sites to corrosion and coatings removal from oil platforms, ships and bridges, the Trelawny range of hand held needle/chisel scalers and large area floor planers; grinders and scabblers have earned a reputation of being tough tools for tough jobs. All ideally suited for the modern equipment hire fleet.

In keeping with current concerns about vibration, Trelawny have extended their range of low vibration pneumatic tools promoted under the Vibro Lo brand. The latest product is their low vibration needle and chisel scaler that compliments their already comprehensive tool range.

The majority of Trelawny tools and machines have been designed and engineered to use dust hoods for many applications, including the removal of lead based paints and nuclear contamination in decommissioning work. This technology adds value to the products when used in all situations where nuisance dust is an issue.
